Industrial Maintenance Technician I & II
Must have knowledge of basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This includes operation and troubleshooting systems.
Must have general knowledge of electrical controls and circuits. This includes reading prints, troubleshooting systems and using electrical test meters.
Operate drill press, hand drill, angle grinder, band saw and other power tools.
Must have basic operating skills for lathe and milling machine.
Mechanical and electrical repairs of plant equipment and machinery.
Understand operating skills of boiler, air conditioning systems, air compressors and other plant support equipment.
Preventive maintenance on shop and plant equipment.
Ability to read drawings for fabricating purposes.
Ability to read and follow electrical prints for trouble shooting purposes and new installations.
Ability to use electric meters and have knowledge of metric system.
At least 3 to 5 years experience in industrial maintenance in manufacturing equipment.
Electrician - Handles electronic troubleshooting, testing, repairs, services and maintenance of facility
Working safely 100% of the time
Performing routine mechanical and electrical equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoots electronic circuitry-following a logical sequence, identifies faulty components and repairs or replaces them.
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic equipment in a variety of different applications.
Remains current and up-to-date with new technology and events occurring in the field of industrial electronics.
Installs, checks, adjusts and repairs machinery, conveyors and misc. equipment as required for plant operation and in compliance with national, state, county, and city codes.
Maintains required records.
Monitors and operates equipment in accordance with established procedures.
Maintains a safe working condition in assigned work areas.
Keeps assigned work areas clean and orderly.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
Has ability to operate shop equipment as required.
Has knowledge of all major equipment and systems in the company facilities.
Plans, initiates, and completes job assignments in a prompt and timely manner.
Makes suggestions to management on better, more efficient and less costly methods to complete jobs.
Communicates immediately to supervision any personnel problems, job coordination problems, parts or tools shortages, damage observed to equipment or building, accidents or safety
hazards, company policy violations or any other information in your judgments that needs attention.
At least 3 to 5 years experience in industrial electronics and maintenance in manufacturing equipment.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (Minimum Requirement)
